Supporting Vocabulary Development Idea

I type the “Background” paragraph of the weekly lesson and leave out the vocab words, so the students have to use context clues and prior knowledge to fill in the blanks.  I also give them a word bank and a definition bank where they can fill in the correct vocabulary word. Attached is a copy from Lesson 18.
